Sara Ann Carter purchased Russell's Antiques from her parents when they retired in 1977. Sara Ann has been buying and selling fine jewelry for over thirty years and hand picks each piece of merchandise personally.
Russell's has jewelry from all periods for sale including Georgian, Victorian, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, as well as fine contemporary estate pieces.
