Payment

We accept wire transfers, money orders, cashier's checks,  credit cards and Paypal for payment. If paying by wire transfer, we can ship to any address once transfer is received into our bank account.  Payment by credit cards and Paypal require us to ship to your registered address which is usually your billing address.  We verify your address before shipping.  We manually process all credit card payments.  You can call us at 662-453-4017 during business hours (10 AM to 5 PM).  January - October, we are open Tuesday - Saturday.  November - December, we are open Monday  - Saturday.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS - either Express Mail or Registered Mail with delivery confirmation.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
International Shipping Information is available upon request.
We will ship international orders when payment is made via a verified PayPal account.

Returns

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date. You MUST call us and tell us if you plan to return.  All sales are final  three days from delivery.  Once you receive your package, you MUST contact us immediately regarding the condition of the piece if it does not meet your satisfaction.   We do our very best to assure proper packaging of each shipment.  We also try to make sure that our jewelry is always in the best possible condition. 

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. If we have sized an item for you, it is not returnable. 

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping.  In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

All packages to be returned must be fully insured.  You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package.  Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs, credit card fees, or wire transfer fees.  They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

During the month of December, we will allow NO returns as that is our busiest month.  We will allow an exchange only on items purchased during December.
